LuckyBoom VIP Programme Details and Tier Perks
The LuckyBoom VIP programme rewards active players with ongoing account benefits, including cashback, rakeback, and direct support. Every real-money wager placed on slots, live tables, or sports betting contributes toward your status.
How Progression Works
Progression through the VIP tiers depends on your overall real-money playing activity. As you place bets across our selection of 2,400+ games or sports markets, your account earns progress toward higher status tiers.
Tier status updates automatically based on your wagering volume. Higher levels maintain your access to increased return percentages and account privileges.
Cashback and Rakeback Rewards
The VIP structure provides two main forms of regular returns: cashback up to 15% and rakeback up to 7%.
Rakeback returns a set percentage of the theoretical house edge on every single bet, regardless of the round outcome. Cashback calculates a percentage of your net losses over a designated time frame, depositing the funds back into your account balance.
Account Management and Priority Support
Higher VIP levels provide access to dedicated account services. You can receive targeted promotional offers that match your specific gaming preferences.
Our customer support team remains available 24/7 via live chat and email to handle account inquiries, payout statuses, or technical questions for all VIP members.
